I wanted to give a BIG UPS to Bimmerzone as my first experience with them was flawless and will be doing business with them again in the future. I purchased an M Performance exhaust from a competitor Extreme Power House and a week after I paid for the exhaust they sent me an email saying that I need to pay an additional $598 on top of the price on their website. I said no that's ridiculous and I would like to speak with a manager. I was ignored from that point on and was refunded my money. They never responded or contacted me again. So that's when I found Bimmerzone. I went on their site and purchased the exhaust and sent them an email to see if there were any discounts or coupon codes I could use to save me a little money. The owner contacted me within minutes and said he would find out and get back to me. An hour later Vincent called me back and told me to his surprise, BMW had raised the price of the exhaust, but that he would honor the price he offered on the website and ship it FEDEX Freight. 5 days later I had the exhaust delivered and installed the next day. It's customer service like that, that will keep customers coming back.
