SHIPPING:

1. Standard Shipping

In Stock items shipped via Standard Shipping ships in 24 hours/Next Business Day from the warehouse located in the United States. Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS & FEDEX. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. (Business Days excludes weekends/holidays)

2. Expedited Shipping (Contact Us for a Quote)

In Stock items shipped via Expedited Shipping ships in 24 hours/Next Business Day. Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS & FEDEX. Available options are Overnight, 2 day and 3 day Services.

Please contact us prior to purchase if you need your purchase to arrive by a certain date and we will recommend the best option to have your order arrive on time.

 

3. International Shipping

 In Stock items shipped via USPS or FEDEX Services in 24 hours/Next Business Day.. It is important to note that shipping charges collected by Bimmerzone only covers the shipping charges. Customers are responsible for any and all taxes and fees that are imposed once it arrives in your country.

Please contact us prior to purchase if you need your purchase to arrive by a certain date and we will recommend the best option to have your order arrive on time.

 

 

RETURNS:

BIMMERZONE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR LABOR COST OR ANY INCIDENTAL COST (INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS) DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. OUR LIMIT OF LIABILITY IS THE COST OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. Labor cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. Always check/test your purchase at the time of receipt. If you bring it to a mechanic, always remember that a GOOD mechanic will make sure it is the correct and good part before installing it. If you do not agree to this policy, simply return prior to installation.

REFUNDS:

We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets the requirements below. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error (Not valid on international shipments). If an item with free shipping is returned, the original shipping cost that is borne by Bimmerzone will be deducted from the refund. We also reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee.

1. General New Returns


We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund you any items that you ordered that you did not need or was incorrectly ordered by you.

If an item (that qualifies for free shipping) is returned we HAVE TO charge for the original shipping of the item. (Unfortunately we have to do this as many have misused the free shipping)

Within 30 days of receipt of your order (Any defective claims beyond the 30 days, see the Item 4), you may return products that:

-Are in their original packaging
-Have original manufacturer information
-Are not used, installed, or disassembled
-Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
-Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions

The following orders are not returnable:

-Custom or special orders
-Automotive repair manuals (unless its still sealed)
-Service Reset Tools
-Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, Oxygen sensors, air mass meters, etc)

Please allow up to 7 days upon receipt to receive your refund.

2. Damaged Products Return

If your product has been damaged in shipment, please inform us via email within 24 hours of receipt of your product to begin the returns process. We'll then contact you via email with the return information. BIMMERZONE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR LABOR COST OR ANY INCIDENTAL COST (INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS) DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. 3. Incorrectly Shipped Products Return

We are humans after all, and in the rare instance that we recommend or sent you the wrong part (if you ordered the wrong part, see General New Returns), just contact us as soon as possible and we gladly will get the correct part out to you. And as always, BIMMERZONE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR LABOR COST OR ANY INCIDENTAL COST (INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS) DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. OUR LIMIT OF LIABILITY IS THE COST OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. PLEASE check the parts before installing! Labor cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. 4. Defective Parts/Warranty Return

Our suppliers warrant the workmanship of the products sold. All items sold carries a warranty of one (1) year or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of purchase to the date of notification. All warranty claims MUST be accompanied with copies of the original and replacement work orders. The work orders MUST show: 1) Date and mileage of original installation, 2) Date and mileage of replacement, 3) Serial/VIN number of the car, Make/Model, and description of defect (the word "defective" is not acceptable). BIMMERZONE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR LABOR COST OR ANY INCIDENTAL COST (INCLUDING DAMAGE TO OTHER PARTS) DUE TO ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER. OUR LIMIT OF LIABILITY IS THE COST OF THE PRODUCT ORDERED. Labor cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customer will be responsible for providing all the necessary paperwork indicated above and shipping charges for the warranty claim, customer is also responsible for shipping charges of the replacement item if the warranty is approved. Warranty returns will be returned to the customer (at the customers expense) if proper documentation is not supplied. Warranty claims applies to that specific defective part and does NOT include consequential damage to any parts. (International customers are responsible for all shipping charges)

5. Late Delivery by Carrier:

We are NOT responsible for late delivery of the carrier. We will NOT file a claim with any carrier to claim shipping cost due to the lateness of the carrier for any reason.

5. Return Method:

You pay return the item via US Mail, Fedex, UPS or if you are local you can bring it back to our store location in West Chester PA.
